Spend a morning with Mushroom Man Alan Muskat as we walk the forest of Appalachia near Asheville and let nature set the territory for an underground mushroom lunch near the Blue Ridge Parkway. Then we we join Chef Mike McGirr  in the evening  to enjoy his passion for the natural environment as he translates it seamlessly into the kitchen.
