Spring Has Sprung

Featured on HGTV, Urban Oasis Bed and Breakfast was filled with character-a MUST as a FFS venue. Chef Stephen & Matt greeted us with their engaging personality and an amuse’ of spring onion vissychoise, artichoke and mortadella bruschetta, and spinach and farm egg quiche with bentons ham . Farmer Doug Dillard discussed challenges as a farmer including his priority on teaching people about health and whole foods. We even watched www.TED.com where Jaime Oliver talked to us about his Food Revolution. We were delighted to be served 5 courses of Italian and Southern Fusion with fresh produce and dairy from Dillwood Farm and Johnson Farm. At the close of the evening all of us received a gift from the chefs of Mason Jar Dijon Dressing in the cutest little mason jars!
